Richland, Washington - Jo Anne (Elledge) Garver reunited with her husband of over 50 years, Charles, just before midnight on February 25, 2026 at the age of 89. The youngest daughter of ten siblings, Jo Anne was born in Pasco, WA to the parents of Clyde and Ethel Elledge. Jo Anne was raised in a loving family in Kahlotus, WA, and was a graduate of the 1954 Class of Kahlotus High School.

Jo Anne retired from Qwest Us West telephone company after 39 years of employment, and was a Life Member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.

Along with her deep love for her family, Jo Anne received great joy in doing for others, attending Sunday school and bible study as a member of the Congregational Church in Walla Walla, WA and as a member of the Nazarene Church in the Tri-Cities. Jo Anne enjoyed cooking, walking, and in her own words, "Being with family was some of my favorite times. I had much love for them all. Many wonderful friends who I have met and will meet again someday."

Jo Anne is survived by her brother Richard Elledge (Carol) Kennewick WA, her daughters LuAnne (Gary) Lomita CA, Kelle Jo Garver Sloan of Richland WA, Sandy Hawks (Tom) Dayton WA, and son Charles Garver, Jr (Suda) Portland OR. Grandsons Ryan Rosso (Annie), Auroa CO, Kyle Rosso, Lomita CA, Clint Sloan (Desiree) Cartwright ND. Granddaughters Tiffany Ramirez (Rafael) Bremerton WA, and Tressa Buman of Dayton WA. As well numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews that she loved very much.

Memorial services will be held at Willemette National Cemetery, Portland OR, on April 10th at 10:45 am.
